Entries are open to all clubs affiliated to IDBF Members provided those Members have paid their membership fees for 2026 and any other outstanding amounts due to the IDBF. By exception, strict conformance with this requirement is not necessary for Paradragon crews (see Paradragon section in the bulletin). All entries to the Hualien 2026 CCWC must be sanctioned by the IDBF Member to which that crew belongs. Subject to the agreement of the IDBF Executive Committee, clubs from countries or territories where there is not an IDBF member, may also compete. Crew members entering CCWC must be current Members of the USDBF.
DEADLINE for USDBF Membership: February 28, 2026
- Confirmed Entries Close – 18th May 2026
- Applications for Paradragon Chaperone passes – 23rd June 2026
- Final team names submission (against which all fees will be charged) – 30th June 2026
- Submission of Paradragon – Certificate of Diagnosis – 26th July 2026
- IDBF Registration Fee due – 1st August 2026
