At the 2019 IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championships, Team USA U16/U18 took home 1 gold, 4 silver, and 4 bronze medals.

At the 2023 IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championships, Team USA U16/U18 took home 15 gold and 4 silver medals.
