FAQs

Lost your login information?

If you are a member and forget your login information, Click on link “Forget login details” to obtain user name and/or password. An email will be sent to the email address in your profile with instructions. 

Edit Your Profile:

You can access your information by logging in and clicking on the ACCOUNT icon next to your name. You can find this icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

  • To make edits to your personal contact information or upload a new photo, click the Pencil icon. See instructions below if you need to reduce the size of your photo ID file size. 
  • To see your payment history including past payments and current invoices, click the Payment History icon. If you need further information regarding your payment status contact treasurer@usdbf.org
  • For details on how to upload a new photo, click here. 
  • Edit your club affiliation in your profile: Contact membership@usdbf.org  and include your ID number, your previous club name and your new club name in the email. 

Reduce the size of your ID Profile Picture:

Profile ID Photos should not be more than 250 kb.
If you need to reduce the size:

 - iPhone or iPad: (link to a video) 

  • Open the Photos app and select the photo you want to shrink.
  • Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
  • Scroll down and tap Save to Files, then choose a folder like "On My iPhone" and tap Save.
  • Open the Files app and find your saved photo.
  • Press and hold (long-press) the image file until a menu pops up.
  • Tap Quick Actions, then select Convert Image.
  • Choose JPEG as the format
  • Select Small or Medium for the image size to lower the file size

 - Samsung Phone: Use the Gallery App

  • Launch the Gallery app on your device.
  • Select the Photo you want to resize.
  • Edit the Photo by tapping the Edit icon at the bottom of the screen.Click on More options (three vertical dots) at the top right.
  • Select Resize from the options. Resize the Photo from the options (we want a 2x2 square full face photo)
    Choose your preferred size percentage from the available options.
  • Save the Changes
  • Tap Done to apply the changes.
  • Finally, tap Save to save the resized photo.

- Android Phone: Using the Gallery App

  • In the Gallery app open the photo you want to resize.
  • Tap on Edit.
  • Select Resize.
  • Choose a smaller percentage for the size reduction.
  • Tap Done or Save to apply the changes.

Locate Payment Status or Request an Invoice:

If you need information regarding your payment status, log into USDBF.org then click on the ACCOUNT icon next to your name. You can find this icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. 

To see your past payments and current invoices, click the Payment History icon.

ID Cards
