***Please note that some basic information including name, region, and club affiliation will be collected as participants register and they are encouraged to sign up in advance. They will be automatically approved for attendance.  

Participants will be able to register and join at any point on or before Saturday, and will be able to jump in and out of the meeting the day of as needed.  All participants will be muted, however they will have access to the chat feature.
